REFUNDS & RETURNS
There are no exchanges or refunds for sale items, unless the items are faulty. Teethers, Headbands or beanies (for hygienic reasons) cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.
Change Of Mind
If you have ordered the incorrect size, you must contact The Little Wildflower store at email@example.com to organise a return within 14 days of purchase.
You will be notified via email upon inspection of the returned item(s) to advise of the outcome.
Where the incorrect size was ordered or the customer has changed their mind a store credit will be offered. No refunds will be provided in this situation. If you wish to exchange an item a store credit code will be given to you and you will need to place a new order.
Shipping costs to return items to The Little Wildflower store will be at the customers expense.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for this item to be returned to us for assessment, and if deemed to be faulty or damaged we will offer you a refund, replacement or exchange.
